Return & Exchanges
At Sales Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and exchanges to make things right.
1. Return & Exchange Window:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Exchanges are allowed only for the same product category (e.g., different size, color, or variant, if available).
Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and (for exchanges) the desired replacement details. We’ll guide you through the process.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Charges:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund/Exchange Approval:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
